I ran a new best tonight...on a really crappy track (no traction and potholes 3/4s of the way down the track)
14.8@94mph I was pretty impressed...hopefully on a better track and when I get my UDP and R/T cat...I'll be running 14.6s......HOPEFULLY

b4 today, I was worried that my car was a lemon and just plain slower than other maxs out there...guess not!

BTW- my new ACT clutch took 4 tenths off my previous 1/4 time

Here's the rundown of that timeslip...it was my first run of the day
R/T .718
60' 2.270
330 INOP
1/8 9.599
MPH 74.21
1000 12.442
1/4 14.873
MPH 93.02

I ran a best 60' of 2.23 but ran a 14.9 on that one

I'm confused, your post says 94mph put the slip says 93mph. 93mph makes a lot more sense though because your 1/8th is close to 74mph. When you start hitting 75mph in the 1/8th is when your 1/4 trap goes into the 94mph range. Judging from the slip and comparing it to my 14.8 slips, it looks as if your car might be bogging in the first 1/8th. I usually run 9.4s@75mph when I hit upper 2.2 60's.

What rpms are you shifting at?
What gear are you finishing in?
Where is this track?

In cooler weather (70s and below), I grab 4th at 6000rpms. This seems to get my trap speeds up a little.
