I don't have any problem with mine. Its the older one piece. Yes it makes that hissing noise.. no big deal. Header wrap it. (I havent, still considering if its worth it, my cars already loud)

I ordered mine today(thursday) and it will ship tomorrow. I will have it installed next saturday and will post on sunday if it is as awesome as I expect.

I already got mine about a week ago, but am still waiting on the install since no place will put it on my car in CA, so i'm waiting till i can get someone to help me do it ourselves, i'll post once i finally have that extra power i need.

I have the newer piece. I'm am happy with it so far, I've had it for 3 months. It have an otherwise stock exhaust and intake and it makes the rattling/hissing sound. You can hear it when driving around with the windows open if you listen for it. With the windows closed, it is audible only after you rev it past 4000 - 4500 rpm.
