if you like a stiff ride.
what i would do is to save your money and get real coilovers. if youre not into handling, then just get springs. coilovers in general are a lot stiffer.

It all depends on how low you want to go, what strut you are using, and the spring rates.

GC's on shortened konis ride fine.

I WAS WAITING FOR THAT.......and I agree completely....GC get a bad rap cause to be honest people buy them and want a comfy ride when all in all they are Track springs for serious handling with the convience of ride height adj. even with stock Yellows and long travel mounts they will be great...yes they are stiff...but if u dont want the best handling and want to be low get S-techs...and i looked for 3 months for GC for 200 or less...ill tell u what...buy em and ill trade u my progress springs which are great...but GC are better since i track often
