I would really look into the fuel pump issue like a hawk. If your fuel system is faulty, you may sabotage the whole swap. I didn't have this issue, so I really can't tell what's going on.
For your evap codes, you may want to recheck your vacuum lines again; and make sure you got them all in the correct positions.
My swap is done, I have the details in the all motor forums, come check it out.
Good luck with your swap, hope everything bids well.

Fuel pump usually gives acoustic symptoms before it goes out. You'll hear some wierd noise from the rear seats area and it's the fuel pump most of the time. But if you ignore it, it would go out all of a sudden.
For your EVAP codes, why don't you replace the solenoid? Try to find the bad vac when you can. Update what you find...
