Hi,

Anyone use Seafoam's Trans Tune in the auto transmission? If so, what was your experience with it? Did you use it for a day or so and flush or just left it in?

My torque convertor is acting up (according to the CEL), and I wish to clean out the transmission internals with Seafoam and then replace the tranny fluid, thinking it can't hurt, but it might help?!

 

I had added 1/2 bottle in my car about 300miles back. Haven't flushed tranny yet, but it did improve shifting little bit.

go for it seafoam is the best fluid ever..i use it as gas oil gear lub personal lube shampoo....its good for everything

Curious to hear a reviews about people who have used it and their results.

My beater shifts late and probably could use some of this.

 

I've used it in my truck, and it has better shifts.
Haven't used it in my Max though. Not yet!
