rear suspension questions

so i am not really up to date about this whole "beam" setup we have going on. i recently had an incident where i spun out and hopped a small curb and now my drivers side rear wheel is out of alignment. i thought it may be an easy fix like replacing the spindle or something but after some reading i dont know what to do or parts to look for. the accident caused my wheel bearing to groan at speeds over 40 mph but when i replaced it the noises stopped. i also got an alignment done which is how i found out about the misaligned rear wheel. what do you think i should do?

well if everything is fixed now nothing....but if it still out of whack...check the bean and trailing arms to see if they are bent
