If I were you I would get your money in the market now. From what I have been told by some reliable sources, the market is going to hit the bottom in November. It will peak in August and then fall and bottom out sometime around the 20th of November. I am going to be taking my funds out and placing them in a money market fund sometime in Sept.

First pay off your high intrest debts then put the rest in a money market. (and don't forget to take some for mods)
