Do not do business with this guy!

Paid Superman97, aka Alexander Martinez, for a knock sensor on 8/22/06. It's been almost 4 weeks and I have not received the knock sensor. I sent him PMs and e-mails, and had e-mailed his "friend," and I haven't heard one thing from either of they since the day I paid.

Ordered an armrest on 08-22-2006, Payed my 15 buxs which resulted in childish insults from superman. The guy actually contacted me and said he would ship it last monday (9-11-06) because hes so busy from "school" and "work". I then e-mailed him tuesday (9-12-06) and havent heard from him since. Funny how ever since i complained in the main thread, he suddenly disappeared.

Your defense of "don't talk to me talk to my friend" isn't holding any water. By stepping in as a middle man, you assumed reponsibility that we would get our parts. Your "friend" hasn't replied to any e-mails making you the only person who can contact him. So it is your responsibility to contact him and square things away. Stop trying to dodge this. Be a man and show some integrity.

 

i didnt actually send this guy any money but i almost did. only reason i didnt was because i saw what everyone else was going through. in my opinion on what ive seen and the messages i sent and recieved through him. i honestly dont think there is a "friend"

 

I had a feeling this was going to turn bad.
I had asked for a few parts and he replied. Then i asked for pictures and he said that his friend didn't have a camera and he lived to far away so there were no pics. I then asked who would be taking the parts off and shipping them and he said his friend. I told him good luck trying to sell stuff with no pictures or having a clue on there condition.

I personally think a perma ban is in order

I have a quick question. If this is all on your friend and it's his car why did you offer someone a rear axle(beam) that was sitting at YOUR HOUSE for cheap a month before you offered a car for parts?

Cause i needed to change the piece of metal that holds the brake into place because i cut it off to put sum rims on my car off a TL and i didnt know what i need so i just got the whole beam thats y.

Sue him in small claims court. He'll end up having to pay for court fees which will more than quadruple what he owes right now. Be smart. dont be a retard

 

Teach this POS a lesson. Here's what you do:

First, log into your paypal.com account and click on "Resolution Center" and "Open a dispute", then "Item Dispute". Start a dispute on this transaction. Once you file this dispute, it will show up under "Open Cases". Now, here's the important part... immediately ESCLATE it to a CLAIM! That means, you will let Paypal deal with this scumbag.

Paypal will immediately lock his account and they will collect money on your behalf. If they can't, they will make sure they put him on collections and ruin his credit for the next 7-10 years.

I hope you all were smart enough to use a credit card. If paypal can't recover your funds your credit card will reimburse you. Paypal will end up paying your credit card company.



Second, if three or more of you get together and contact his local Police Department, this guy will definitely get a knock on the door.

Whatever you do, don't let him get away with this. like him ruin it for everybody else.

The only reason y i did this 4 him was because he didnt know about the site and i told him about it but i told him that you have to have over 25 posts to start a thread. so he asked me 2 do him the favor and do it 4 him.
