I only plan on having my max for the next 3 years maximum and I live in an area where rust is no problem (Phoenix). I am looking for a good price on a B pipe and I assume that since there is no rust problem here I would not have to get a stainless steel setup. Where can I get the best price on a B pipe?

lss (budget) 200 can. 35 shipped this is with a resonator without it is only 150 and the same shipping charges. This is alum. and remember these are can. prices so the 200 would be around 177 and the 150 would be about 133. I/m getting one without the resonator , but keeping my stock muffler to keep sound down a little bit.

 

^^ I wanna know how it goes with the LSS. Post up some pics of it when you get it, and also let us know how it fits. I have heard so many different opinions now that they are under a different name.

 

i got a lss SS b pipe with a resonator. I didn't even know they had an aluminized one. It was a really nice piece, clean welds, and everything fit perfect. It came with all new bolts, nuts, washers, and gaskets. I think i paid somewhere around 230 shipped.

I'm starting to get nervous to buy without the res. I think I'll get the resonator just to play it safe. Anybody have any experience with the non resonated with stock muffler?

 

Non resonated with a ypipe will be loud. Not sure how loud but it will have sound for sure.

Im not sure. I dont think it will be too loud. But a good bump.

 

I think I'm going with the resonated pipe. I don't want to take any chances of it beibg to loud. I want a sleeper...ssssshhhhh. Especially when I do that 00vi and ecu or eu. It will sound stock till I hit about 4000 and sound mean as hell all the way up to 7000!
