Brake pads hanging up?

Brake pads hanging up?

I just replaced my front brake pads and rotors and now they are constantly rubbing, what did I do wrong? Could it be the calipers aren't releasing? The noise is coming from both sides...help!

Ok ,noob that i am, I didn't realize it but with the new rotors being thicker then the old ones , they were rubbin' on the dust shield.

Yup, just bent back the dust shields and no more noise.
