New style KYB shock boots? SB108

What strut/shock boots are you all using with your KYBs? I don't know how many people here have experienced this, but KYB changed their SB108 shock boots and the fit is terrible. The new boot is a two piece design (white bumpstop and black plastic boot (not rubber)). Really sux cause my old boots are torn and I'll be driving in snow pretty soon. I'm pissed!

Can I just use the OEMs?

Snow in LA?

I have KYB all around and the techs just re-used my OEM boots, and everything seems fine and covered.

Haha. No I wish it snowed more at the local resorts. I drive up to Mammoth Mountain or Tahoe every other week.

I didn't know that OEM boots last that long. When I replaced my shocks, my original boots were torn up. That's probably why my shocks were shot. I'll pick up some OEM boots, so I'll have the peace of mind. I know im gonna get raped real good.
