They are painted KH3 black and has a very small crack under the license plate and can't really tell unless you look close at it. Nothing else wrong except for some scratches on underside.

I paid $350+shipping for the bumper and another $300 to paint them last year during the fall... This bumper is made by VIS.

$150 picked up.

I have a 97-99 rear bumper cover, BRAND NEW, not installed yet. It is primer black. That, and my rebar for possible trade.. what do you think? The only thing is I am in RI and I would like to see pics of the crack.. let me know.
