damn, those look nice....just wonder how much light would actually show when the turn signal is on considering there is no reflector....

if you got pics, please post them! I noticed a lot of people already bought these on ebay.

Wow the black ones look pretty cool, I've seen the amber ones already, they look like painted clear bumper lights.

Well they look like stock and blacked out lights to me. Nothing special really. What's the point of the thread really? (not trying to be an a$$ btw!)

The point is to show people these new ricer products and to see if anyone has them installed on their car.

I just noticed that there is no chrome reflector in the all black ones either, unlike the other "jdm" style black bumper lamps. Therefore I expect output to be terrible.

What was the point of that post? I was just asking. They both look like lights already installed on ppls cars. The reflectors probably wont matter since the lights are basically used for blinkers.

If you are finding this post pointless, why are you even replying to it. Ah the minds of the young here, always good for a laugh.

Hard to tell from the orange ones, but with the black ones, I have never seen a completely cleared out lens like that. This would look really good with some LEDs in there to compensate for the lack of reflector.

The orange ones look so much like stock, why bother paying for these new ones? Oh, cuz it's clear orange?

What the link for the black ones? They look pretty good. There use to be a company that made the completely clear lense but stopped making them.

I think the point was to see if anyone here already has them installed & can offer feedback so we can see if they're worth buying. Since they have no reflectors that will make a difference in light output.

The ornage ones are more of a DC clear when comparing to the oem's which are quite a bit more cloudy.
If I were to go back to ambers Id go with those over the OEM's, there cheap enough.

Those black ones look sharp too, but Im wondering how they look when lit up.

Thank you for that. All I wanted was that answer. Never said the thread was pointless I asked what the point was. Has nothing with me being younger than you I just wanted to know what you were looking for in the thread. Pics or just giving infomortion or wanting feedback. Guess you get cranky late at night when you're old...

GET OFF MY LAWN!!!!!!

the black one is not half bad. but a nice led stip would do it some justice.

but since the lense is real clear it would be bright as all get out. but with a reflector & a led strip, i think we would be in business.

Found em on ebay, there is a bunch of different guys selling them. I may be picking up a black 97 as a project in the spring, so Ill be going with these if I do. I am still trying to source the old style black/clears, but they seem to be discontinued...

the only thing with those black ones.... How is the orange bulb gonna look in there?
I think I would have to use a clear bulb that emits an orange light when activated.
If I was gonna do the led's I think these would do it for me.
But I'm not sure how they would fit/look.

Doing it this way prevents me from cutting up a new set of lights to install a led board.

I have a similar pair of the black/clears bumper lights on my max. I think that they look great, well worth the 35 bucks. I have a white led 194 wedge on the side, and 1157 hyper white xenon bulb for the blinkers. I like.

I've been religiously on ebay searching for those "Smoked Bumper Lights" but I haven't seen then in a while.

Does anyone know where I can find some. I really don't want to get the CE ones.

You're right about that, I see so many ricer bulbs used as turn signals, it sickens me.
