She's Gone...RIP

My '99 SE-L was totalled late September. Only had 51,698 miles on her. She was completely stock, and I only had to replace the knock sensor.

My wife was making a protected left turn when she was hit just behind the center of the rear axle by a red-light runner in a Honda Pilot. The whole rear end was pushed over 2 -3 inches, and ultimately the damaged rear suspension was the last straw. Insurance could not find a replacement.

I bought her in November '03 with 27K miles for $12K. There doesn't seem to be any deals like that right now. I loved that car! I had paid it off 10 days earlier, and get this, the title came in the mail the day of the accident!

I'm considering an '03 M45 to replace the Max; are there any pros/cons to the vehicle? Otherwise, we may go with a Pathfinder...

I heard the old M45 is not that great of a car. Its pretty cramped inside for its size. Too long and narrow. You probably will find one for cheap though... I can't imagine it not being an upgrade from the maxima

mazda's make all that power high on the band.. its really lame, can we say boosTEC.

Get a G35 Sedan and finance. Nissan/ Infinity had an interest rate of 3.5% for 60 months 2 days ago when we bought a Nissan Titan.

'07 is beautiful, but CVT is IMO.

an '07 3.5 6MT Altima would be your best bet (SE-R has been discontinued until further notice), yet it's gonna be enough to where you'd be wiser to get a G35 or something better.

then again you're going for an AT, so.. but still, get the G35.
