the 0430 code probably your bank 2 O2 sensor. Also, please see the link below. There is a thread a few down about the 0430 code.

Same Problem
Damn. I have the same problem and same car. Now I dont know how many miles u have on yours but I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima GLE with 140,000 miles and tonight I had my Airbag light come on. I've been driving with the Service Engine Soon light for about 4 months now. Meanwhile I replaced my Alternator Pulley Bearing, Radiator Belt, MAF Sensor, Short Ram Intake and there is a weird grinding sound when car is started, running slightly at 1.0 - 2.5 RPM. I also have the P0430 light but car shut off today with the guage lights dimming. I gave it some gas and the car started to shake....the headlight was dim like the Alternator wasn't giving it any electricity. I don't know what the car's condition is but I'm assuming 3-4 things. Either the alternator was bad (although I replaced one during last year December) probably a remanufactured Alternator the shop put in went bad, the ECU needs reprogramming after putting in the MAF sensor, the belt slipped, fuel pump is no longer working or the Pre-Cat and Catalyic Convertor is bad.
P0430 = bad Cat (You can replace Cat or look inot the O2 sim)
Your other problem sounds like the MAF. When mine went the car would accelerate up to about 4,000 RPM then it wouldn't have any more acceleration. It also would give me erratic shifing problems when I was accelerating (I would have to let off the accelerator to get it to shift).
MAF=$110
Cat=$1,000 installed w/ ECU upgrade
The MAF is cheap and easy to install yourself. The MAF upgrade is nice. You will feel a huge increase in power. The Cat is expensive but you probably can't pass emissions w/ your SES light on. The Cat bites. $1,000 and your car doesn't run any better, look any better or ride any better. It just turns the light off.
I have a 2000 Max and I've already done these things at 100K.
Good Luck!

The ABS light I BET is a rear sensor but not sure which side. The rear sensors have a tendency to go bad.
As for the light go to the dealer and they can tell you exactly what the 0430 code is. it sux to pay for the 5 mins it takes them to figure it out but you will keep replacing parts PLUS you have to have the computer reset after you fix things ANYWAYS!

Sounds like the TCM or the solenoids in your tranny is going bad. I would check into those first before the MAF. Usually if you have a bad MAF you won't get above 2000 RPMs.
As far as the P0430 code I would change out the O2 sensor on the front bank first to see if that clears it. You'll need to manually clear the code yourself first with an OBDII unit. If it doesn't come back on then you are Kosher. However, if it does come back on you have two options....replace the front pre-cat, or get an O2 simulator. O2 simulator is by far the least expensive option, but it takes some tweaking to get it to work correctly. There is a write-up here somewhere. The pre-cat is plug and play and relatively easy to install yourself. I had the P0430 code and replaced the front pre-cat myself. I was just lucky enough to find someone with a used one here. Going new you are looking at about $400 to $500.
For the ABS light it could be any of the sensors. Would have to get that checked out at the dealership though to know for sure.
