Car Was Hit...so i have some questions.

Well i am going to just thinking about my situation again because of how close i was to swapping motors. Well 2 fridays ago i finally get enough money saved up to start buying my motor, headers, clutch and emu. AND I contacted hotshot and they were gonna let me pick up my headers the next monday. So friday night around 12 some ******* hit my 98 maxima and hit the back of my moms 01 maxima. So my mom came running in my room to tell me but when i get out there he's gone. So i hop in my 06 maxima speed around looking for da car couldn't find it tho. There were a couple of streets i didn't go down b/cuz they were really narrow streets and if that F'er was there i'm sure he'd hit my new car so i didn't want to chance it. And plus in my mind i knew i had full coverage on the 98 so i finally dropped it. Couple days pass and i find out that my dad needed to take the 98 max for a pic with the insurance and couldn't make it out when it was scheduled and the insurance never called us back. So now that i need my insurance b/cuz i got hit they say that they put me in for liability only b/cuz we never took the car in. Damn Sorry about the rant i didn't mean for it to be this long but here's my question. My front wheel is tweaked. The top of the wheel is pointing inward and the bottow of the wheel is pointing outward more. Wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what is wrong here. Or what kind of options do i have and what else could be affected by this.

hard to tell. could be just the suspension bent or the actualy body bent. was any of the skin damaged? (fenders etc) if not then you could take them off and pay someone to do a clip replacement. as for the insurance, pretty much out of luck as it has the perfect makings of a scam. if it is just teh suspension look to get new front struts, spindle, LCA and possibly tierods.

Man, call back the insurance and make another appointment...screw that, they owe u for this one. You pay premiums for a reason and use it in your argument...don't even touch the car yet...when the time comes, get a quote on the damage and then go buy your parts on your own(if u want performance, such as energy suspension ) and fix your car up.
The wheel being bent in, is that the shock is either bent or it's just been forced out of alignment

As much as this sucks, they dont owe a thing. Thats a fight you cant win. Technically they should have caught it when they were paying the insurance bills and such.

Good luck man

Well about the insurance part, it sucks that i know i can't do anything b/cuz i mean they have all those guidelines for reason's like this. And they dont know what kind of condition the car was in b4 so i guess i'm assed out. But the insurance i'm with aren't crooks or anything b/cuz my sister managed to put her chrysler 300 on a curb and they fixed the axel and all damages.

As for my car now. I will take all your comments into consideration b/cuz there's some good advise. Also the hit was mostly towards the front of the rim (b/cuz they're scuff marks on the rim) and the front of the fender was smashed up. I removed the fender and everything looked fine underneath there and the bumper just went back into it's original form. I'll keep you guys informed if i find that a$$wipe that hit my car and or what was wrong with it.
