it's a simple question. I can never find little gold piece that's on the picture.
it says the gold piece that goes with TPS, but I can't find mine.


second picture is where my TPS was sitting on my 3.0 TB. Am I suppose to find the gold piece from the place on the picture or am I just stupid and can't find it?

 

To be honest, I am clueless on how the Drive-by-cable conversion works, but just to throw it out there, would you consider a pathfinder throttle body? You get to retain cruise control

but Allen22 told me he have done it whit a 3.5 TB+3.5.TPS

That looks like a DE-K TB from a 5th gen..... That gold piece is only found on 4th gen TB's.

 

My 98 TB didn't have a gold piece...

 

Interesting... Maybe it's the 95-96 models that only have that.

 

mine didn't have the gold piece either, mine's the manual tps for the 95
