1993 Maxima.. Took Tranny Apart Questions?

Well iv had the car for months now got hte tranny from a junkyard (98k miles) and they didnt tape the holes on it up so some foam (packing) got in it so Iv disassembled the whole thing and put it back together looked good no stripped gears or such I was wondering though when I pulled the big magnet part on the filter up off the back part of the tranny 2 washers where stuck 2 it.. where they around bolt holes and just came up when I took it apart or wahts the deal?

Also any tips for getting the tranny into the car I got 2-3 jacks and some jack stands car is about foot and a half off the ground...

Before you install the tranny flush the trans cooler and lines with Tranny flush

our rebuilder sends a can with for every trans he rebuilds
