People who have rebuilt 93-94 Auto Trans? Chim in

Well I was cleaning up the tranny i got from a yard (they got styrofoam in it) .. putting a new filter/gasket on it all the gears turn good no excessive wear from a tranny with 98k miles looks like less to tell the truth iv took trannys with more then that and they look way worse.. anyway I need alittle help here iv done mostly manual tranny's

was wondering where these went (2 washers I assume around some bolt holes or something).. where stuck to the magnet when I opened it

also this band popped out i know its a pinch band to stop and engage **** but Im uncertain how to get it back in i cant close it far enough..

thanks, ryan

credit for the guess goes to the diagrams in the fsm. if there's anything that requires a service manual it's working on an auto tranny. here's what it says about the band....

i've never touched an auto trans so i don't have any specifics, sorry. good luck though and i hope you've got a service manual or at least an exploded diagram. probably one at the autozone.com manual in the sticks.

the steel discs between the clutches can go bad as well.
Ask me how I know.
