paid for it - he recieved payment - stated that he was going to send it out on the 7th and never heard from him again. I have to say is what goes around comes around..he will get his..

This sux cause now Im not doing business with anyone on the ORG that doesnt have at least a 5 buyer/seller rating.

There is some really bada$$ peops on here and I really appreciate the honesty they provide. Unfortunately we have to keep an eye out for ****** like MOCOMAX.

Lesson Learned - I guess it could have been worse.

Bumpin this - peops still be trying to buy from this guy..or at least replying to his thread - I think he is done with the ORG...I hope so..

Damn, I was about to buy from this guy too...good thing he didn't reply to my pm lol.

 

Well Some good news has come about - but I will see first - I got a hold of alot more than just his number and address and he finally called me back and told me that he was going to ship my part asap..should be here tomorrow..

UPDATE will be after I confirm part is on route.

 

WELL WELL WELL...after talking to him one last time...and after calling him at his house (which he didnt know how I found that number)..I FINALLY GOT MY PART SHIPPED OVERNIGHT STYLE...should be at my doorstep today..IM STOKED!! beyond that - I have to thank a fellow ORG member for some "local" assistance..I verified shipping this morning and my part is on its way..I knew this wasnt going to end...and to be honest I wasnt going to give up on my money..I WAS going to get it back or get the part one way or another, I dont forget stuff like this and it was eating me up bigtime- nothing like that feeling of being taken advantage of.....

Anyway his excuse was that it was just sitting at his job and label was still on it and that it never went out...whether thats true or not - at this point I dont care. I got what I wanted, and now I dont have to worry about it..

so it took me a little over a month to get my part...cant wait to get my APEXi now..
