Can I use VK45DE Ti valve train in Vq35de Heads.
I have aquired a set of Heads/Cams from a 2004 Infiniti FX35. I also have a set of Heads from a 06 Infiniti M45 with the VK45DE. I was wondering if I could use the valvetrain from the V8 in the VQ35DE heads? I can also have them ported locally.
or
I also have a set of VQ35DE heads from a pathfinder and a 01 DEK motor. Can I put this together into something with the valves?

Not sure about the VK stuff but yes that would be a great NA setup. VQ35 pathy heads mate fine to the 00 VI and Id love to see what that intake yields on a full VQ35. If some DE-Ks get to 220whp, with 3.5L it would have some potential.

anyways they will fit i believe the intake ones but not the exhaust ,tilley made them all fit but he said it was super loud .
I would put them in the pathy heads i believe thell work but SR once said theres a chance something may not work out maybe the retainers? but if you try them and see how they fit then well know
