There have been threads about BlueBatMobile before, which led to his creation of the redout overlays, smoked reverse overlays and smoked sidemarker overlays. He has created overlays for the 6th gens (eyelids, smoked tails, and all of the sort) I personally love the 5.5 gen taillights, but would like to see smoked overlays for them. However, these overlays would apply to all of the 5th gen crew. 00 GXE/GLE tails, 00 SE tails and 02+ tails. IF you are interested, please submit your interest in this thread and if not, please refrain from the "its rice, you are lessening light...etc".

Can he do eyelids for 00/01 headlights? They are hard to come by and some of the cf/painted ones look like they don't fit to the headlight. I'm just curious to see how it would look.

 

I'm sure he would be able to, he would just need two test cars then. 00-01 and a 02-03. Eyelids and taillight overlays are a big plus!

do you know if he possibly would have 3rd gen eyelids? Id really love some.

 

For any other cars, you would have to email him directly, and he will request a thread (in the 3rd gen section) for generating interest, then he will need a test car in the San Diego area, which I am hoping for this concept (5th/5.5 gen heads and tails)

 

How long will he have the test vehicle?

 

It would be for a few hours at most. When they arranged a meeting for the Sentra SE-R/Spec-V crowd, one of the girls there just met with Andrew (BlueBatMobile) at a big car meet kinda deal, and he mainly just has to make a template.

I might be buying an extra set of 00-01 headlights to replace my one with a broken tap and to have a practice AE headlightwhile im at it.

I'd like some whole smokes for my 00 tails.

 

That stuff never holds well and doesn’t last long as well. We had a lot of customers bringing us lights what have been previously covered with them. The clear coat will fade after a while and for those who take their cars to the power washes this will be a problem. We offer professional painting service! What we can do is start a group buy if anyone is interested and we can paint your taillights any color any shade. The more people we get the lower the prices will be! The automotive paint will last for several years without any problem if applied and treated correctly.

He already has sidemarker overlays, someone has posted pics already. They look sweet, but not sure if I will be getting them yet. I will be getting the taillight overlays for sure soon. I will be ordering the full smoke soon, so I will post pics asap!
