How much and condition for the center console pieces (climate control, stereo bracket, face trim, and 5 speed shift trim with boot, cigarette tray) I don't need the clock/emer flasher/defrost bezel, stereo, little console pocket.

 

Are you selling the door handle cups? Not the ones that u pull when you close the door but the ones that clips on right behind the handles. Also do you have the leather door inserts? How much for each if you are?
