Cylinder Misfire

I got a 0701, so I'm just wondering how do you check for multiple cylindar misfires, because my car drives like normal. So I"m not sure what the code means... can anyone help?

if you have multi misfires you WILL notice something wrong with your car.

check your exhaust tip and look and listen to see if it is spudders and smells like gas

first put your hand at the exhaust tip and feel for a sputtering, youll hear it as well. if you do feel it, unplug each coilpack and see if the engine starts to sputter. if theres no change, chances are that that particular pack is gone or the injector or sparkplugs need to be changed. try using injector cleaner for a couple fill ups and see if that helps a bit. its all about troubleshooting, especially with a misfire code.

good luck.

well MaximaSE96 says that it can be caused by the front o2 sensor gone bad, but he changed that for me, so hopefully after the ECU retests the system it will reset everything including the 0701, because honestly I don't feel anything AT ALL and my exhaust seems fine since u can see it right now since its cold out, but I'll do what u guys said just to make sure
