I am not positive about the years since i cant remember which car they came out of but i am posting pics of the harness plugs for identifying purposes.

The BCM controls factory alarm, and i also believe internal lights.

Is the '96 from an A/T or does that matter? How much shipped to 77520?

 

for the BCM it doesnt matter. but they are all from an a/t.

Just to be clear, yu want the Black Body Contol Module right? The one that controls the interior lights etc? Or is it the Automatic Transmission Control Unit you are looking for (the silver one)? take out the piece you are looking to replace and make sure of the color you want. Also compare the plugs to be on the safe side. for the 97 BCM (the black one) there are a set of plugs on the other side of the box also. they are each $50 + shipping (was asking more) and shipping to that zip you provided is around $10.

 

I haven't removed mine. I was looking for the BCM for the '96 but nevermind because they are way out of my price range. Thanks though.
