Wb wiring into cabin suggestions/questions/Results

Where did you 5th genners get your wide band wires into the cabin? Been tossing around many different areas & ideas and have heard of some using the glovebox area as a starting point. Would this be in the area of the in cabin micro filter?

Any other suggestions? How about the gear shifter 'area'? Looking at the FSM there could be a way using the shifter cable hole. (4AT) but will still require some grommets for sealing.

Are there any other easy access points under any of the seats...or anywhere for that matter?

Haven't gone and looked yet, just in the FSM, but the A33B does not have a rear o2 sensor. But, will check on that.

You're right no o2. But the hole on the exhaust tunel is covered up by a piece of plastic. Thats where steven88 routed his wb wiring.

I wired mine 02 sensor through the shifter housing between the body frame and the shifter...I just took off a corner of the rubber piece, put it through and put the rubber peice back on.

I kept the entire LC-1 unit inside the cabin, even though innovate sais you can mount it outside the car.

Brought it in from the firewall.

I'm actually doing ok AFR wise. starts @ 13.5 and heads towards 12.8-ish. Here's my post in the general forums 'What have you got waiting...'

Strange thing is, I'm running OK AFR wise. Anywhere between 12.4 - 13.6 WOT.

There is definitely room for improvement though.

Not on....yet
