has anyone ever changed the sidemarkers to 1156 bulbs? I want to try and match my blue blinkers but cant seem to find a sidemarker bulb thats the same color.

 

Umm side markers are 194, there is a big difference between a 194 and a 1156 bulb.

 

i think he is wanting to make a 1156 bulb fit in that housing.

Well the bulbs are quite a bit different in size and that side marker (if I you are thinking of the one next to the front blinker) is pretty small. However, it could and probably is possible to wire in a 1156 socket, but would the bulb even fit???? My thoughts are it's going to be too big of a bulb.
Good luck if you try...my suggestion would be to just put in some amber/orange bulbs all around. But whatever you want to do, it's your car.

then does anyone know where i could get matching 1156 1157 and 194 bulbs? that are blue?

 

i see you want to get pulled over everyday for having blue lights on at all times in the front

 

Plus they don't look as hot as amber!
