When do we??
How many miles are on the vehicle?
I believe the 60K service provides for changing both belts.
I had a friend change my drive belt last summer at about 64,500 miles. I think it was still good to go, but I did it as a precaution before going on a road trip.
I haven't changed the power steering belt, but will attend to that this spring and adjust the drive belt at the same time.
I haven't replaced any hoses.
The car is over 12 years old now.
Inspect the belts for cracks. Squealing belts is another sign that they should be replaced.

CONDITION is way more important than miles. Lots of heat cycling and extreme temperature chages will be harsher on them than so many thousand miles driven over the 60K "inspect or replace" period.
forget the "60k mile" thing....just look at the bottem side of the belt. if there are cracks it needs replacement. if theres not, you dont need to replace them. also when theyre cracked theyll squeak. but theyll also squeak when wet, so you should deffinatly still look at them.
