i do not know the difference betweens HR's and Eibachs, but the Eibachs are pretty rough on local road and on highways pretty smooth, and handling is awesome. The drop on em is 1in 1/2.

Yes i do have a relay for the fogs, and i do have the switch for the fogs, and only the brackets. I do not have any fogs.
