my trunk rattles whenever i close the trunk because the bottom of the license plate frame isnt fastened down and it just vibrates against the metal. its not really important, but whoever hears it probably thinks maximas have cr*ppy build quality or something...thanks

hot glue the frame to the license plate, or fasten it any other way

had the same problem in my Accord.

I fixed it by putting this green sticky putty stuff between the license-frame, and the frame-body. Damn, I forget exactly what it was, but when i stopped by my parent's place one weekend my dad had some of this putty stuff laying around and I forget exactly what it was, but we used it and it worked great.

I'll look at it tomorrow and see if I can figure out what it was and post it up.

I used really thick double sided tape. Its the thick rubbery kind. I stuck it between the bottom of the plate and the car because my sub would rattle it really bad. Now its silent

I have a 12 inch sub in my trunk plus I have a spoiler on it. I wanted to know if you guys had an idea on how to fix the rattling on it. I am 99% sure its the spoiler because I already fixed the license plate rattle. Any suggestions or ideas???
