thought I'm neither a fan of Corbeaus (I've never liked their fit for me) nor CF hoods (except body-color-painted), the car still looks great and the pics are pretty sweet. Tell blackmaxx to stop trying to copy my look I'd better not see him with smoked sidemarkers next week

You running a harness setup for autocross?

Thanks Grant,

Those looked great. Can't wait to see them in person!

I love the CF hood with the pins. I didn't know you were doing the seats, so that caught me off guard. I'll have to show Mandie when she gets up.

Mike, it looks so good. I bet you're loving it. The giddy up from the 3.5 keeps you wanting more huh?

Nice work all the way around guys. I'll be up this weekend in Emerald Isle.... Hopefully I can catch y'all. I'll have the Boss with me.

Nice, I'm liking the CF hood.

Mike, what happened to the Buddy Clubs? I like what you've done to the car so far.

MadMax ... you need some fogs but the car looks great!

Both you 4th genners need a kit!

You three really should stop hanging out at empty parking decks.

Grant, would you mind sending me those couple of pictures that I took of mine???

Swee, I'm in an autocross this saturday, and i'm trying to convince grant and george to come along.... If you can come out on saturday, you should come along!

Looking good.

If you dont mind, how much did the seats run you and do you have to get custom/modded rails?

Thanks man, the seats were surprisingly cheap compared to the Sparcos I was looking at. They were 350 a seat and they are reclinable!!! Brackets were 89 a piece and the cool thing was theres an aftermarket mustang place like 5 min from where I live so I could sit in the seats and everything instead of buying them off Ebay. (sparcos) the comparable sparco seat, the torino was 550 for just one and the brackets were like 160 piece. These seats are just as good quality and way better priced. I went for a little spirited driving, hehe, and even with out a harness you do NOT move anywhere when flooring it through exit ramps. I will say that the seats sit allllot lower than stock. My butt is almost on the floorboards with my legs extended out more, which i actually like better. More of a racecar feel but it is definitely different.

Not bad at all. Not sure if it would work out with me since the seats sit a lot lower and very short. I guess there is no way really for them to sit higher?

Well you could modify the factory brackets but i was not about to tackle that. Honestly though, all you would really need to do is custom machine a plate that would line up the holes on the seats. Since Im fairly tall im content to leave them as is but at 6'3" i have the seat almost all the way forward and when i put it all the way back i cant even reach the pedals Not sure what Corbeau was thinkin when they did that....

Time to change the sig pic, buddy. Btw, are you gonna go all-out carbon with your car? I wonder how your car would look like with the Ionic Dynamic's carbon kit and trunk. Hotness?

Grant and Fellows,

Anyone give Ritz a call? I know he'd hang if he knew you'd be loitering in some vacant parking garage.

I've got Grant's number Mike, I'll give y'all a call if I can get there in time.

Grant,

I also noticed you did the eyelids mod also. Looks aggressive.

"Fairly tall.....6'3"? " I'm 5" 2'.......

Ah...it's not like my car is all that original these days. So many 5th gens have the G wheels now (I think i was the 2nd person to get them)......I do think you should copy me with the smoked sidemarkers in place of those clears though!!!

Your stillen lip can't touch the ghetto-fab Mach1 lip

Car is looking good as usual, man. Reppin' the CG2 w/ black lighting/accents crew, right?

Your car is still what I tend to follow in terms of a clean look on CG2.
