My AMB Button

I know there have been different threads about how to make a AMB button, but I would like to show everyone how I made mine.
I asked my machinist at work to machine me a button from a piece of black delrin. I tried to make it as tight as possible so there wasn't much slop. I ended up having to use a wet belt to make it a little smaller to fit in the ACC. Here are the pictures and tell me what you think.

Mine was free also. I did get the idea from seeing your how-to (thanks). I just wanted to make the base of it a rectangle so it wouldn't slide around.

Now that I look back at it I should have made the button that sticks through the faceplate a rectangle to make it a more uniform look. That would have taken more time with trying to cut an even rectangle hole in the faceplate.

At least you have the feature...you're one of the few 98s that have it

Too bad my 99 came w/ it from the factory.
