TPS Caliberation & external Ground please advice

My 4th Gen Ca spec , AUTO consistently throws TPS Code P0120 & P1705 (ODB). I have replaced TPS and caliberated it according to Hayes manual.
i.e on cold engine & closed throttle resistenace between pins is 506ohm's. Resistance increases correctly upto 3600ohm (near full throttle).

Now the problem is after driving for about 20 mins and warming up the car TPS resitance now reads 322 ohms on closed throttle and 2700 near full throttle.

Can anyone please confirm if readings are correct. After driving 15-20 minutes my car slips gears and whenever that happens it throws TPS code in TCU.

Do I need to caliberate TPS with resistance or with voltage?

How to I add external ground to TPS, Do I need to splice up wires or is there any other way?

I have cold air intake and Non maxima TB I don't know which car it is, but its wider than 4th gen maxima's, probably path finder.
Mods Sorry for posting in High performance forum I am not sure if my setup qualifies for it, I saw another thread here on the same topic and hoping some one here could resolve my queries
