So i was on a run threw killbride,finding a house for my friend.she wanted to pick something up and then i was going out to dinner with her.Anyways i stops at the convience store and she runs in to pick up something else.I start to back out of the parking spot i was in and all i hears is....BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRMMMMMP.Looks everywhere behind me and then before i can slam the break.....SMACK....stupid ***** cuts in behind me and i t bone her door.She had to of seen me i was like all the ****in way out of my parking space and before i could break i hit her becuase she cut in behind me and just honked the ****in horn...she got my insurance info.never got hers cause it happened so quick and i then drove off and was like **** im screwed.But on a parking lot its 50/50 and i was all the way out of my spot and she was turning in....so to me it seems it her fault also my friend was in with me as a witness.Man if my insurance goes up ima find that car and it will be more then her ****in door bent in.

 

i thought it was only women that had trouble backing up...lol j/k

I wasnt me backing up the problem...stupid ***** cut in behind me and i couldnt react in time....O and i wont do anything thats what people i know are for.And i have the cheapest insurance

 

eh.....do you look backwards when you are driving straight ahead? you are supposed to look in the direction of travel. had you been looking behind you, you would have seen what was behind you. It is called right of way (especially when driving in reverse at a speed at which you can't react in time).

And this says it all. They should yank your insurance and your license until you grow up. No wonder it's "another one under your belt".

 

Hey dont give me **** about it,beucase the first one was me getting rear ended.She was like cut right in behind me backing up,i wasnt going fast maybe 5kmph but she did it so close and honked the horn and before my foot could hit the brake i hit her car.And the reason i said that bout beatin the car is if i gets ****ed over because she cut in behind me,being a idiot im going to flip.grow up? How would you feel if someone ****ed your insruance over for entering a parking lot to fast

 

So lets see. You were backing up and your foot wasnt over the brake pedal but you were only going 5kmh (3mph)? Either something was very wrong with your car or you were going a little faster than that. And here is a newsflash for you, if you were going in reverse and didnt have time to react............YOU WERE THE ONE GOING TOO FAST NOT HER. Now lets looks some more, you were going 5kmh (3mph) and she came out of nowhere right? You were looking in the direction you were going right? well she sure had enough time make it far enough for you to... Not her fender, but her door. Unless it is a wide empty street I dont know of many who would sensibly reverse a car without their foot over the break pedal. Especially in a parking lot. You should bash your own car in for screwing yourself.
