What exactly does the AEM o2 sensor gauge come with?
like is it only the guage?

its the display; wide band o2 sensor, and the wiring. Should come with an o2 bung as well, and different bezels, and faces.

Yes it is the complete setup, its all you need to to read and datalog your true air/fuel ratio.
