I just sent an email to your Paypal address confirming your order.

Yes, these spacers should work just fine with the Kinetix IM since my spacers are perfectly matched to the top of the LIM. If the Kinetix IM is properly matched to the stock LIM, then everything will be perfect. If for some reason the runners are BIGGER than the ports on your stock LIM, then some porting will need to be done to have matched ports like you should have.

There are 6 full kits left in stock and 3 discounted blemished full kits left.

Again, if you wish to purchase a blemished kit, please PM me and I will let you see a pic of what I'm talking about. I will also send you my Paypal information so you can purchase the blemished kit without using my website. It's a very small gash in just ONE of the ports on the UIM spacer. All the other parts are perfect.

There are only 2 full kits left.

Also, I have 3 blemished kits left that have a small gash in one of the UIM ports.

Here is a picture:

These blemished kits have been reduced to 25% off! If you need a more detailed picture, please let me know and I will be happy to send it to you. The rest of the kit is in perfect condition. I just don't want to sell it for full price. The total price is $168.75 plus $8.00 S&H.

Yes, all my spacers are VERY pretty and black.

The blems are pretty too. Just have that mark on them.

One kit still left!

In your dyno chart, the numbers only show a 1hp gain (214 vs 215). Just wanted to see at which point the 10hp increase was? Not sure if it was an error or just the gain in powerband and not peak.

I think those represent the maximum numbers of all 6 runs. The curves represent the average of all the runs.

No, that 10hp increase was right around 4000-4200 rpm. But when the MOTOR is making peak HP at 5500rpm, there happens to only be a 1hp gain.

I can reword my dyno sheet if you think it's confusing. I can make it say "Max Gains of 10hp @ 4000rpm and 12ft-lbs at 4300rpm". But most people know where the 10hp gain is just by looking at the dyno sheet.

No, I did not use the ricer speed shop method to make my horsepower claims. All the other companies out there do a few dyno runs and take the worst 'before' run and the best 'after' run. Then they come up with some outrageous bogus claim as far as the horsepower increase.

What I did was do 3 dyno runs before and averaged them out at every 100rpm increment. Then I did 3 dyno runs after and averaged them out the same way. Then I came up with 10hp and 12ft-lb increase with the AVERAGE numbers! So they are unbiased and accurate averaged gains for the 3.5L Maxima.

If I did the ricer speed shop method, I would be claiming 18-20hp increase! Which is bogus! Every motor is going to be inconsistant from one dyno run to another. That's why taking an average to determine a power gain is the only way to do it accurately.

The kits are all sold out! I should have plenty more for sale in about 2 weeks.

There are still 3 blemished kits left for sale that can go out tomorrow morning. They are only $168.75 plus $8.00 S&H.

Yeah, you aren't the first person that asked that question. A couple guys on the Altima forum raised that topic too. I'll make sure it's more clear. The last thing I want is someone thinking my dyno sheets are deceptive.

Thanks.

Aaron,
My set just arrived. Going on first thing tomorrow.
Do you have any decals? I would really like some in silver to go above my org decals.
Thanks again

I have white vinyl 1"x3" stickers coming that I will mail to all my previous customers. It isn't a die cut sticker like the Maxima.org sticker, but it's a nice looking sticker that will go great in the engine bay. And it's tiny and clean looking enough, that I'm definitely putting some on the back window of my car. I can definitely make die cut sticker if people are interested in putting them on their window. Of course they would be free. They are pretty expensive to make, so the only catch would be, if you want the nice silver die cut stickers, you must put them on your Maxima.

The gash happened when my machinist was loading it in the CNC machine. It's something that should never happen again. Since the gash is on the inside of the intake port, in theory, it will hurt airflow. But it's such a tiny gash that it should be impossible to prove on a flow bench. There is NO way anybody could prove it on a dyno. It's not nearly a big enough gash.

If for any reason, you feel that I misrepresented this blem and you want your money back, I will be happy to refund your money back in FULL and I will also refund the shipping charges. A full refund including shipping charges only applies to the blems that I am offering. All you have to do is pay to ship the item back to me in the same new condition as it was when you received it.

Here are some detailed pictures showing the gash and how it lines up to the ports on the lower intake manifold. I am such a perfectionist, that this tiny gash bothers me. In fact, gash isn't really even the term I should be using. It sounds too harsh. See for yourself:

Edit: Blem kits are SOLD

Since you are backorder, are you still taking payments on the spacers?

I'm going out of town for 2.5-3 weeks, so by the time your done with you second batch I should be back in town.

Yes, I am still taking orders for these spacers. They just won't ship for another week or so.

My spacers are not made of metal. They are made of a special type of phenolic laminate that is VERY durable and is good for up to 300 degrees. These spacers are so tough, they will easily outlast the life of your car.

The new batch should be available for shipment around May 7, 2007. They are not all spoken for yet. I have a much larger batch coming this time. So, hopefully, this product will never go on backorder again.

Thanks.

Everybody that placed their order when these spacers were on backorder, your spacers shipped today as expected.

I have one kit left until I receive the large batch next Wed.

Thank you!

i'm amazed people buy these with only 1 dyno chart. i'm skeptical however once i see some more dynos i'll be on the band wagon. it's interesting they do so much for low end...
