What would I need for a 6 speed swap?

I have a 2003 Auto and possibly want to change to a 6-speed because the car has been on my "i don't care" side for a while. I want to make it more fun rather than just getting rid of it. What parts would I need and how much should they cost me?

Tranny
Axels
ECU
Shifter
Linkage
what else?

If it's too much work or too much money, I'm thinking of buying the 07 G35 sedan for $40,000.

you'd need the clutch, flywheel, and timing ring. as well, not to mention the pedal itself.
