Asking $75 shipped for the LTB, which is what you'd pay if you get it directly from Matt, or $70 picked up. I would really rather sell this locally, so locals get priority. The LTB is still in the box and only doesn't fit because of my headers.

The K&N is part number RC-3870 and is a spare that I bought and no longer need. It fits with the Berk and Frankencar intakes. I bought the filter for $40 shipped, asking $35 shipped or $30 picked up.
