Its a complete STARTER KIT from Matty. You can see me on one of the buyer lists. Got it a little while ago, when I had money, but never got around to buying a blower. Now its just sitting here, BRAND NEW!

Everything is still in the packaging Matty sent it with and absolutely nothing has been used.
