yeah I want to get another 5spd 4th gen. Freaking loved that car. I don't know if anyone noticed, but those are brand new sp sport 8000's on the car, I want to take those too if possible, or at least get them to give me money for them. I am going to the junkyard tomm. to take off my y-pipe intake and test pipe, because I definatly plan on using them. I just sucks, that was the best car I ever had. Oh, well, I hope I can find one with similar milage but not likely.

where do you all usually go? I am usually at fridays on woodruff rd. on sundays with my friends. I will bring a date with me(aka my front grille I took as a momento).

 

On Sunday nights, the Maxima group usually meets at Tweeters on Haywood, then we roll to the large car meet at Hobby Lobby on Woodruff at 9:30ish. But they have some kids that have ruined it, with poor behavior. That way if they get kicked out, we have a place to hang. The general manager of Tweeters is a Max owner, so he is all for us meeting up there. Shall we see you there tomorrow even though your Maxless for the moment?

 

no can do tomm. but maybe next time. I actually know some of the people that go up to hobby lobby every sunday night. They used to all meet at sonic on woodruff.

Alright, I was just curious.

 

got my check today they gave me $6010 for the car, I am pleased with that. But I decided not to get another max. I am going to get a civic HB shell in good condition and put, essentially, a type-r motor in it. If I can't find a c5 I'll just get a B18b and put a gs-r head on it, or possibly a B20 and put the same head on it. Sorry guys, but I just can't find a 4th gen 5 speed close enough. With this money I can build a car that is just as fast if not faster(with all the bolt ons) with some $$$ to spare hopefully. Don't worry I don't plan on riceing it out, all of my money is going under the hood. The most I will do cosmetic wise is a new paint job(if it needs it) and the lightest 15" wheels I can find other than steelies.
