actually the car right now is pretty ghetto.

stock motor KA24
oem replacement clutch
some kind of aftermarket wheels
ghetto exhaust
ksport coilovers

he's doing the engine all at once, he can't decide on SR20 or RB20

just stick to suspension if he's auto crossing the car. The KA already has tons of torque and its a great motor.

true, it does indeed have more torque than hp.

there's a 20+ page write up in this month's SCC on 240 mods, might be worth his while to check it out

 

sr20 is much easier to swap, but he should do the rb25 swap. its' not much more complicated over the sr20.
