EVAP code 0111 since doing 00vi swap

I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten an 0111 code (EVAP control system/Flow) since doing the 00vi swap. The code appeard right after doing the swap and I cant get it to go away. I'm guessing it has to do with my vacuum lines but Ive tried eveything and the code keeps comming back. How did people connect their vacuum lines onto the 00vi? There are 3 hoses that need bigger nipples (brake booster, PCV Valve, and EVAP) but only two big nippes on the 00vi. I used a T-Connecter to connect two of these lines to one nipple and I think that may be causing the problem. However even if I give the EVAP its own nipple the code always comes back. Any ideas?

are you sure you looked closely to make sure a flow sensor was given vacuum? Things can be overlooked really easy with all the wires in there

the only vacuum lines I have connected are the EVAP solenoid (i think that is what it is, it is connected to the EVAP cannister and requires a bigger nipple), PCV Valve, Brake Booster, and FPR. Am I missing something? I think those were the only lines connected to my USIM. What other vaccuums are required for EVAP specifically?
