3000k in E55 Output Pics! (no 56k)(4 mtcookson)

Mtcookson wanted to see the difference between 3000k/6000k hid bulbs. So i took some of my latest retro with e55 projectors and 3000k osram d2s bulbs. enjoy. I'll post more pics when its foggy/rainy. People have also asked me if I would do others headlights for money on the side for people that are lazy. I have already done a few maximas (newer gens). And if you are serious feel free to PM me and We can talk about what you want. OR you can get them done through the company I will be start working for in a week. my email is HeresMyMind@msn.com so feel free to ask!

yeah, i was about to say the same thing. the output is nice but you have to work on your fitment issues. your corners are popping out too much. also are you going to try and fit the euro spec maxima lens onto the E36 housing for better fitment?

Will that make it fit as well as a stock setup? Do the projectors just snap into place or what?

nope i custom made brackets to put projectors in with a plasma cutter and sheet metal. I can make anyone a set of plates so they can fit a e55 projector into US headlights. with direct screw ins. will cost a little though

Calling potential customers lazy is not exactly the best way to attract business.

thats not how I meant it. i have literally gotten responses/emails says "I am too lazy to retrofit my lights" asking me to do theirs. I'm not saying you ARE lazy but some people admit it, and would rather have someone else do the work.

2 words dude....

Patent Pending.

What? you expecting an insult?
Anyways draw the specs onto paper. Submit it to a patent office or firm.
Congratulations, you have created an aftermarket part.

My company sponsors projects like that. Do you remember the 1st tailless helicopter that Radioshack sold about 2 years ago, and the second one with a tail but not a tail rotor? that was made by my coworkers.

Do it HMM.

Edit. It'll be nice that custom parts of 3rd gens are sold through Internetautomar.

alright. I am going to cut up a few of the plates for people anyways. so they can just screw a e55 bi-xenon projector into a us spec e36 headlight. If anyone is serious on the them here or interested. contact me. You'll need a d2s hit kid. a e55 bixenon projector and a shroud. the rest will be easy cheesy screw in and be happy. we'll see how that goes.

I might be interested.... As long as everything fits as nicely as factory lighting (side marker/corner lamps / headlights, etc)

They would be just brackets to add a bixenon projector to the uspec e36 headlight. You would have to already have the e36 conversion done:-p
