I have seen many 5th Gen Maxima's here in Tampa. Some didn't look so good, yet the black and the white seem to look better. It could have been the wheels. I saw couple white ones today. They didn't look like the typical white. With tint they looked HOT!!!!

Might get a white one next. I have a black 99 SE. Nice too but never clean.

You're right. The color you noticed was Icelandic Pearl.

Doesn't Icelandic Pearl cost extra? As compared to the other colors where you can get whatever you want for the same price as each other...

Yes it is. It costs like 300 extra for that "special" coating on the iclandic pearl, not sure what's the "special coating" about though.

I have never heard that. Sounds like a dealership pitch, and the "special coating" is what they use to prep customers before they stick it up their a$$.
