i honestly don't know.
for some reason i think the 00-01's had a diff muffler setup with a valve that opened at WOT that + the dek helped it get the 222hp or whatever it is.
possibly the 02-03's have the same muff and pipeing idk.
love to sell it to ya but if it may not bolt up.
possibly search the 5thgen forums?
