Recently, the above happened to my car when the AC is on. I have checked the forum, it seems that severl things can cause the hesitation.
I have had error code for EGR and KS, but the car is runing ok with the CEL off and on. The car is in my hands for 30K without changing sparks, wire, rotor and cap.

my best guess is you need to clean your IACV. AFAIK there is another valve on the IACV that opens up when the AC is on to allow the engine to idle higher for more cooling power.
