According to CNN, everyone who filed Single will get $300, and everyone who filed Married will get $600 back.

about the refund
it is MAX of 300 dollars if you are single... and Max of 600 dollars of married couple. It is also depend on where you live.... in the article that I read it said that 3.6 million ppl in CA won't get anything at all.... (hopefully that is not me...)

No, as long as it doesn't exceed your tax paid, you get $300 as a single filer, $600 as married. Humorous, isn't it?

It's that the media just goes along with it, as if the investigative reporters they all liken themselves to be can't figure out that the poorest don't get refunds because THEY DON'T PAY TAX. What do these people do, show up at the mall trying to return merchandise that they didn't ever purchase.

I won't be stimulating the economy. Most likely I'll take my 300 and put it in the bank or finish paying off my only credit card. I'm the enconomys worst nightmare......I've been saving EVERY penny lately.......I don't spend money unless I absolutely have too.

No i din't pay but i will. I just figure since alot of people get money they din't order all year long why can't a get a lump sum i din't earn.

I'll be getting back $600 on 7/30. This is money I didn't even know I was getting and it's going straight into the bank along with the $5000 I'm getting back from refinacing my house Get away, money grubbers
