brake question

currently i have drilled / slotted rotors bought from a group deal on the big .org about 1 year ago... anyhow it is time to change the pads and im thinking i am going to go with the ebc red stuff this time instead of the hawk hps brake pads... overall i was not impressed with the braking power on this car at all... was possibly looking into getting a big brake kit but still unsure- the only ones out currently are the wilwood and possibly a 350z or g35 conversion right ?

overall what would be the best big brake kit to pick up... ?

also, just to make sure the wilwood 6 piston will not clear with a stock maxima 18" rim correct ?

thanks

Wilwood will fit with a spacer. You should just get calipers from a turboed 300ZX-4POT calipers

i'm guessing the 300zx 4 piston is better than the 6 piston wilwood? and what size spacer the 8mm or 10 mm?

It's not better persay, but it's cheaper and it has NISSAN imprinted in the caliper! I mean, what more can you ask for?!

IMO, the OEM's works great and the key to good stopping power can be achieved by a good combination of Brake Pads, Sticky Tires and steel braided brake lines...
