Chrome Motegi 18" MR7.

I just need to come up with $1500. Thinking about getting falken ze512 to go on em. What do yall think, and does anyone know where i could get them cheap?

Also what is the weight of the factory 17" rims.

Just put on a set of Incubus 500's on my wifes Max, they look good on the car they are wrapped in Kuhmo 235/35/20's rubber. I have heard people complaining of road noise with 20's but I dont here anything any different then before?

it all depends on the tire you use, really.... Kumhos will probably make more noise as they age, from what people have said..

Here is My personal opinion the Max looks best with a busy wheel IMHO, but it is like exhaust sounds example, I built a 32 Ford Roadster for my wife last year, Most people run Flowmasters on SBC, I went a different route because I dont like the sound of a flowmaster so I went with Magnaflow's. Its all about what you like, If you dig them go with them, Wheels are tough I went to Tire factory and used there virtual tire selector on the max and 4 hrs later I came up with what I felt looked best and that was the Incubus 500's. Give it a try and see what you thinkl!

Hehe, I see your HP Evos and although they are kick-*** wheels, I put too many miles on crappy streets to go with staggered 19s.

-wow we censor around here eh?

I sometimes have to drive as part of my job (sales) and that takes me everywhere. Often places I haven't been before so no forewarning of nasty potholes and such. 1 mistake is all it takes and I don't fancy changing a tire in a suit!

What series tire for 20s? 35 series?

Thanks!

yeah i figure it'd be a reason like that, but i figure you could put like 245/45/19 and 255/45/19 tires, which is more than enough side wall. yeah i've been on 235/35/19 for about 3 years too almost 4. driving to LA...OC...Vegas a couple of times no problems. i plan on going up to a thicker tire. even thought it'll throw off my speedo. not by much.. more comfort

Which do you guys prefer? I have an 05' white max I want to keep clean and classy looking. I'm leaning towards the first.
