Duude. Here is a site that actually forms the grill for you, for your max. Its a little pricey, but convenient if you dont want to spend time cutting and bending and mounting. Check it out. I'd get one myself, but I am planning on a custom front bumper. Working on it. I'll have a render for the ORG members at a later time.

Believe it or not, you may have to buy an entire door handle assembly. I may be wrong, but the other parts i've looked at don't seem to be the keypad (25640-85E01, H0607-85E60)

The FSM points to the entire assembly as "KEYBOARD" in the touch entry diagram. So I think what you have to do is order either part #: 80607-85E70 (if your car is white) or 80607-85E66 (if your car is pearl). I can't tell if your car is pearl or white from the pic, but it doesn't seem you have the option to order one unpainted like you can with grilles and other parts. It's probably not worth it to buy a brand new painted handle just to get a new keypad, dealership will probably charge a lot, but it's worth it to give them a call and see if maybe i'm wrong about not being able to order the keypad itself. It's hard for me to believe that the keypad is a permanant part of the gxe handle assembly, so it's possible one of those first part numbers actually includes the keypad. If I were to guess, i'd say it was 25640-85E01 which is described as "buzzer assembly-entry card". Diagrams don't look anything like a keypad though.. I wish I knew more about this, but i've never had a GXE or messed with the touch entry system.
